Talentum Corporation has received the following notification on 12 November
2015: 

NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE OF SHAREHOLDING PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 5 OF
THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT 

1. Issuer of the shares

Talentum Corporation, business identity code 0114701-2.

2. Name of the shareholder subject to notification obligation

Shareholder Oy Herttaässä Ab.

3. Reason for the notification

Reason for notification is agreement or other arrangement that, if realised,
would result in the disposal of shares or voting rights which will lead to that
the number of shares or voting rights of Talentum Corporation held by Oy
Herttaässä Ab and Kai Mäkelä, person exercising the control in Oy Herttaässä
Ab, and Setelium Oy, a company controlled by Kai Mäkelä, will reduce under 10
per cent and under 5 per cent. 

4. Oy Herttaässä Ab's existing shareholding and voting rights including the
number of shares and voting rights controlling by it
