Notice of the General Meeting of APB Apranga

By the decision of the board of the company the general meeting of shareholders
will be held on April 30, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the company's premises (Kirtimu
g. 51, Vilnius). Registration starts at 12:00 noon. 

The accounting date for the shareholders is April 23, 2008.

On the agenda:
1. Report on the activities of the company in 2007.
2. Auditor's Report.
3. Approval of the financial statements for the year 2007.
4. The company's 2006 profit appropriation.
5. Election of auditors and establishment of the terms of remuneration for
audit services.
