THE FRENCH COURT ORDERED ASPOCOMP TO PAY COMPENSATION TO FORMER EMPLOYEES OF ASPOCOMP S.A.S.

Aspocomp Group Plc., Company Announcement, November 21, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.

The Evreux Employment Tribunal ruled that Aspocomp Group Plc has to pay to
seven former employees of its French Subsidiary, Aspocomp S.A.S., approximately
EUR 127 000 including the interest. Aspocomp Group Plc has not yet been
formally notified of the decision. 

The court ruling will not have an effect on the financial results of 2011,
because Aspocomp has earlier made a sufficient provision. 

Aspocomp considers if it would take further legal actions.
