Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act we
inform that Aktiastiftelsen i Vanda votes in Aktia plc has increased to above
5.00% on 7 June 2012. 

On 8 June 2012, Aktiastiftelsen i Vanda owns a total of 1,906,556 shares and
22,825,271 voting rights in Aktia plc. Thus Aktiastiftelsen i Vanda now holds
2.84% of Aktia plc's stocks and 5.10% of voting rights.
