TEO LT, AB - Acquisition or disposal of a block of shares

CORRECTION: Announcement on the disposal of shares of TEO LT, AB by East Capital AB

On 10 May 2012 TEO LT, AB received from East Capital Group a corrected from of
notification on the disposal of voting rights noting that the transaction
notified was concluded on 7 May 2012 and will be settled on 10 May 2012 (i.e.,
after the record date for the dividend decided by the 2012 AGM). The corrected
form is attached hereto. 

On 7 May 2012 TEO LT, AB (hereinafter “the Company” or “TEO”) received the
information from East Capital AB on behalf of East Capital Baltic Fund, East
Capital Eastern European Fund, East Capital Lux Eastern European Fund, Coneglen
Ltd. (East Capital Special Opportunities fund) and East Capital Explorer about
disposal of 56,651,367 ordinary registered shares of TEO LT, AB, which amounts
to 7.29 per cent of the total number of shares.
