Preliminary Unaudited Consolidated Performance Results of LITGRID Turtas AB Group for 2010 


LITGRID Turtas AB Group results for the period from 2010.12.01 to 2010.12.31

unaudited consolidated performance results of LITGRID Turtas AB group for 2010: 

- income - LTL 97.4 million (EUR 28.2 million);

- pre-tax profit - LTL 3.1 million (EUR 0.9 million);

- net profit - LTL 2.7 million (EUR 0.8 million).

Group figures reflect the period from its establishment to December 31, 2010.
Total income of LITGRID AB is consolidated to LITGRID Turtas group from the
date of control acquisition, i.e. December 1, 2010. The profit of LITGRID AB
group for 2010 is included into non-appropriated profit of LITGRID Turtas AB
group. 

We hereby present the confirmation of responsible persons of LITGRID Turtas AB
and consolidated non-audited interim financial statements for twelve months of
2010.
