Temporary suspension of trading of Eik Banki P/F shares and bonds 


Today, Eik Banki P/F has requested that trading of the Bank's shares and bonds
is suspended as the Bank has entered into a conditional agreement with the
Danish Financial Stability Company. The request has been accepted by Nasdaq OMX
and therefore, the following ISIN have been suspended on Nasdaq OMX Iceland and
Nasdaq OMX Copenhagen, respectively, until further notice:
