Tiimari Plc has received information that Varma Mutual Pension Insurance        
Company's (Varma) share of equity and voting rights in Tiimari Plc has increased
to above one-twentieth (1/20) on September 30th, 2008 after the directed        
emission decided on by Tiimari Plc on September 29th, 2008 and fully subscribed 
by September 30th, 2008.                                                        

Varma's (FI 0533297-9) holding before the directed emission:                    
375,000 Tiimari Plc shares                                                      
share of capital and voting rights 3,637%                                       

Varma's holding after its subscription of 322,580 Tiimari Plc new shares in the 
directed emission:                                                              
697,580 Tiimari Plc shares                                                      
share of capital and voting rights 6,167%                                       

Tiimari capital before the emission consist of 10,311,070 issued shares and of  
11,311,070 shares after the emission.
