Regarding the sale of vessels

Limarko laivininkystės kompanija AB concluded Memorandums of Agreement for the
sales of motor vessels “Marsas” and “Pluto”. The vessels shall be handed over
to the buyers in May - June 2012. These inefficient vessels are being sold as
part of Company's efforts to improve its results from the main activity.
