Resolution of General Meeting of shareholders of Utenos Trikotazas AB.

The General Meeting of shareholders of Utenos Trikotazas AB, that passed on
29th of January 2008” 
·recalled Arunas Martinkevicius from members of the Board of Utenos
trikotazas AB in accordance with his own request, 
·elected the new members of the Board of Utenos Trikotazas AB - Ingrida
Osinaite and Gintautas Rudis. 
The Board members decided to elect Algirdas Sabunas as a chairman of the Board
of Utenos Trikotazas AB;
