Exemption permit from the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority

EXEMPTION PERMIT FROM THE FINNISH FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has granted Cencorp an exemption
permit to deviate from the deadline of the disclosure of the Financial
Statement, Report of the Board of Directors and the Auditor's Report, pursuant
to the Finnish Securities Market Act. According to the exemption permit,
Cencorp has to publish the Financial Statement, the Report of the Board of
Directors and the Auditor's Report  April 9, 2012 at latest. 

The exemption permit is related to the delay of the disclosure of the company's
Auditor's Report published March 30, 2012.
