DOVRE GROUP PLC'S SUBSIDIARY CAMAKO OY TO MERGE INTO PARENT COMPANY

The Board of Directors of Dovre Group Plc and the Board of Directors of its
subsidiary Camako Oy have, in their respective meetings on March 23, 2012,
approved the merger of Camako Oy, a fully owned subsidiary of Dovre Group Plc,
into its parent company. The merger is executed in accordance with the draft
terms of merger signed on December 20, 2011 and entered in the Finnish Trade
Register on January 5, 2012. The proposed registration date of the merger is
May 1, 2012. The objective of the merger is to simplify the Group's legal
structure and cost savings. 

According to the draft terms of merger, Camako Oy's assets and liabilities
shall be transferred to the parent company Dovre Group Plc as a general
succession. As the parent company owns all of the shares of the merging
company, no consideration will be paid for the merger. The merger will not
cause any amendments to Dovre Group Plc's Articles of Association.
