Changes in Ixonos' Management Team

CHANGES IN IXONOS' MANAGEMENT TEAM

Taina Makkonen, M. Sc. (Econ), is nominated as Vice President and the head of
Human Resources of Ixonos, and as a new member of the Group's Management Team
as of 1 September 2010. She reports to Kari Happonen, President and CEO. Before
joining Ixonos, Taina Makkonen was Director, Human Resources in global
marketing operations at Nokia.  She has 10 years of working history in
personnel administration both in Finland and the U.S at Nokia as well as she
has had positions in sales and marketing at AAC Global for 3 years. 

Member of the Ixonos Plc's Management Team, Senior Vice President and CAO Asko
Vainionpää is retiring as of 30 June 2010. Member of the Management Team, Vice
President and Director, Service Production Pasi Iljin is taking a year-long
study leave, starting 1 August 2010. 

As previously, President and CEO Kari Happonen, Senior Vice President Timo
Leinonen, Senior Vice President Kari Liuska, Senior Vice President Timo Kaisla
and Chief Shop Steward Esa Launis continue as members of the Ixonos Group's
Management Team.
