RAMIRENT ACQUIRES MACHINERY RENTAL COMPANY IN SOUTHERN SWEDEN

Ramirent has signed an agreement to acquire Hyrman i Lund AB, one of the
leading machinery rental companies in Southern Sweden. With operations in seven
locations, the company has annual net sales of about EUR 15 million. The
acquisition represents one of the largest acquisitions Ramirent has made in
Sweden. 

Founded in 2000, Hyrman i Lund AB operates mainly in the Halland and Scania
regions. The company's customers mostly represent the construction, civil
engineering and industrial sectors. It has 44 employees. 

Hyrman i Lund AB is a successful company, whose strong expertise will
complement Ramirent's competencies perfectly. The acquisition will bring
synergy benefits in logistics and purchasing, in addition to improving the
utilisation of capital-intensive machinery.
