Shares subscribed for under Cramo Plc stock options 2006C

Shares subscribed for under Cramo Plc stock options 2006C

A total of 40 716 Cramo Plc 's new shares were subscribed for during the period
between 15 May 2012 and 6 August 2012 under the company's stock option rights
2006C. The entire subscription price of EUR 251 217.72 will be entered in the
paid-in capital. As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of Cramo
Plc shares will increase to 41 754 765. 

The shares subscribed for under the stock options were registered in the Trade
Register on 22 August 2012, as of which date the new shares will establish
shareholder rights. 

Trading in the new shares will begin on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on 23 August 2012.

The share subscription period for stock options 2006C is between 1 October 2011
and 31 January 2013. Each stock option 2006C entitles its holder to subscribe
for 1.3 shares in Cramo. By 6 August 2012 a total of 315 679 Cramo Plc 's new
shares were subscribed for under the stock option rights 2006C and a total of
635 670 stock option rights 2006C remain unexercised. The outstanding stock
options 2006C entitle to a total of 826 371 shares in Cramo.
