Regarding Lithuanian Government decree

On August 20, 2009 in “Valstybės žinios” has been published Lithuanian
Government decree, authorizing the Ministry of Energy vote for the liquidation
of LEO LT, AB at the General meeting of shareholders of LEO LT, AB.

LEO LT, AB owns 71,35 percent of Rytų skirstomieji tinklai, AB shares.
