CHANGE IN PUBLISHING DATE OF YEAR 2010 ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS



GeoSentric Oyj postpones the publishing date of the Annual Report, Financial
Statements and Financial Statements Release 2010 due to the pending
clarifications subject to its solvency and going concern uncertainties as
announced earlier on March 25, 2011. In order to keep the market as fully
informed as possible the Company will publish a summary information upon
Financial Statements on Thursday, March 31st, 2011. The Company aims to clarify
the going concerns uncertainties and publish its Annual Report, Financial
Statements and Financial Statements Release 2010 soonest and will update the
markets on April 4, 2011 at the latest. 



The Company has applied an exemption from the Financial Supervision Authority
for releasing the Annual Report, Financial Statements and Financial Statements
Release 2010 on March 31, 2011.
