Temporary Changes in Primary Dealership Agreements.

The Housing Financing Fund (HFF) and its market makers have decided to make
temporary changes to Article 3 of the Primary Dealership Agreements on HFF
bonds auctions and market making in the secondary market, which were signed on
June 16th, 2010 and took effect on July 1st, 2010. 

From October 5th, 2010 until November 4th, 2010, the maximum bid and ask spread
for series HFF150224, HFF150434 and HFF15644 will be as follows: 

Series	     Maximum spread
HFF150224	     0,55%
HFF150434	     0,70%
HFF150644	     0,85%

These changes are generated to simplify market making in the secondary market.
