AFFECTO'S NAME CHANGE HAS BEEN REGISTERED IN TRADE REGISTER

The changes of the company's Articles of Association decided by AffectoGenimap
Plc's Annual General Meeting on 28 March 2007, have been entered into the
Finnish Trade register.

The new name of the company is Affecto Oyj in Finnish, Affecto Abp in Swedish
and Affecto Plc in English.

The complete Articles of Association as well as other resolutions made by the
Meeting were published as a Stock Exchange Release on 28 March 2007.
