Kasola Plc's Auditor's report and financial statements (in Finnish) for the     
period 1 January - 31 December 2007 has been published as PDF file at           
www.nurminenlogistics.com.                                                      

Kasola Plc's name was changed to Nurminen Logistics                             
Plc on 1 January 2008. Nurminen Logistics started its operations by transferring
the majority of John Nurminen Oy's business operations to the Kasola Plc. Before
the transaction Kasola's business operations were sold in their entirety to     
Kasola's majority shareholders.
