Eik Banki P/F - Changes board/management/auditors

New member of the Board of Directors

At the Annual General Meeting Mr Jákup Egil Jensen was elected new member of
the Board of Directors of Eik Banki P/F, thereby replacing Ms Marian Jacobsen,
who was up for election but did not wish to continue. 

Mr Jákup Egil Jensen holds a Master of Science in Business Management and is
furthermore an educated flight engineer. Currently, Jákup Egil Jensen is
employed by Atlantic Airways as Head of Quality.
