UPM-Kymmene Corporation (Business ID 1041090-0) has received an announcement    
under Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Market Act, according to which the 
holding of BlackRock, Inc. (USA Tax ID 32-0174421, SEC CIK Code#: 0001364742) in
UPM has fallen below 5% on 21 June 2010.                                        

According to the announcement, the indirect holding of BlackRock Inc. in UPM was
25,971,251 share, 4.995% of UPM's shares and voting rights.
