Regarding Candidates nominated to the Boards of Invalda LT, AB and Invalda Privatus Kapitalas, AB

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2013-05-22 17:17 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of
INVALDA, AB, in accordance with the split-off terms of INVALDA, AB
participating in the split - off continuing activity after the split - off
under the new name Invalda LT, AB nominated Indre Miseikyte, Alvydas Banys and
Darius Sulnis to the Board of  Invalda LT, AB. 

Information about the candidates:
Indre Miseikyte (born 1970)
Inreal Valdymas, UAB, an architect. The Member of the Board of INVALDA, AB 
since 2012. 
Educational background: Vilnius Gedimino Technical University, Faculty of
architecture. 
Job experience: an architect of the company Inreal Valdymas, UAB since 2002. An
architect in the companies Gildeta, UAB, Kremi, UAB, Vilniaus Baldai, AB in
1994-2002. 
Indre Miseikyte holds 0.88 percent of INVALDA, AB shares acquired by repurchase
agreement, but those shares do not allow the voting right. 

Alvydas Banys (born 1968)
LJB Investments, UAB, the director and LJB property, UAB, the director.
Educational background: Vilnius Gedimino Technical University,
engineer-economist. 
Job experience: the Chairman of the Board of INVALDA, AB in 2001-2007. The vice
president of INVALDA, AB in 1996-2006. The Member of the Board of INVALDA, AB
in 1996-2000. After the graduation for two years worked as a junior research
associate in the Institute of Economics at the Lithuania Academy of Science. 
Alvydas Banys holding amount of authorised capital of INVALDA, AB  - 3.38
percent. Share of votes given by the shares held by the right of ownership - 0
percent. Total (share of votes together with the persons acting in concert) -
16.22 percent. 

Darius Sulnis (born 1971)
INVALDA, AB, an advisor.
The Member of the Board of INVALDA, AB  since 2006.
Educational background: Vilnius University, Faculty of Economics. Studies at
Duke University (USA) in the MBA program since 2012. 
Job experience: the president of INVALDA, AB in 2006-2011. The director of
Invalda Nekilnojamo Turto Valdymas, UAB in 2002-2006.  The director of the
Finasta FBC, AB in 1994-2002. Participation in other companies: Vilniaus
Baldai, AB, Invalda Nekilnojamo Turto Fondas, AB and Litagra, UAB - the Member
of the Board. Burusala, SIA and DOMMO, SIA - the Chairman of the Supervisory
Board. 
Owned shares and votes of other companies (more that 1/20): Golfas, UAB -
portion of share capital 31 percent (portion of votes - 31 percent), Lucrum
Investicija, UAB- portion of share capital 100 percent, shares do not allow the
voting right. 
Darius Sulnis holding amount of authorised capital of INVALDA, AB  - 4.29
percent. Share of votes given by the shares held by the right of ownership -
4.76 percent. Total (share of votes together with the persons acting in
concert) - 22.93 percent. 


The Board of INVALDA, AB, in accordance with the split-off terms of INVALDA,
AB, nominated Indre Miseikyte, Vytautas Bucas and Dalius Kaziunas to the Board
of the split-off company Invalda Privatus Kapitalas, AB.

of Invaldos Nekilnojamo Turto Fondas, AB in 2006-2007. Managed Finance and IT
departments in SEB Bank, AB, later held the position of the Deputy President
and the Member of the Board of the Bank . Vytautas Bucas is the Member of ACCA
(Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK) since 2002. He worked at
the audit firm Arthur Andersen in 1992-2000, where, having started from an
auditor assistant grew to the position of the Chief auditio. 
Participation in other companies: Inreal Pastatu Prieziura, UAB, BAIP Group,
UAB, Litagra,  UAB - the Member of the Board. Vilniaus Baldai, AB and Invaldos
Nekilnojamojo Turto Fondas, AB - the Chairman of the Board. 
Vytautas Bucas holding amount of authorised capital of INVALDA, AB  - 15.83
percent. Share of votes given by the shares held by the right of ownership -
17.58 percent. Total (share of votes together with the persons acting in
concert) - 22.93 percent. 

Dalius Kaziunas (born 1976)
INVALDA AB, the president.
Educational background: Vilnius University, Faculty of Economics.
Job experience: the General Manager and Chairman of the Board of the Bank
Finasta in 2008-2009. From the middle of 2008 Dalius Kaziunas has been an
advisor and the Member of the Board of INVALDA, AB. The financial broker of
Finasta FBC, AB since 1996. 
Participation in other companies: Ineturas, UAB, Inreal Pastatu Prieziura, UAB,
Vilniaus Baldai, AB, Kelio Zenklai, UAB, BAIP Group, UAB, Jurita, UAB, Litagra,
UAB - the Member of the Board. Lauko Gelininkystes Bandymu Stotis, UAB - the
Chairman of the Board. Vernitas, AB - the Chairman of the Supervisory Board
since 2012. 
Dalius Kaziunas holding amount of authorised capital of INVALDA AB  - 0.52
percent. Share of votes given by the shares held by the right of ownership -
0.58 percent. Total (share of votes together with the persons acting in
concert) - 22.93 percent. 


The General Shareholders Meetings of INVALDA, AB, participating in the split -
off continuing activity after the split - off under the new name Invalda LT,
AB, and the split-off company Invalda Privatus Kapitalas, AB, intending
election of the Board, will be held on May 28, 2013.
