Componenta Corporation: Notification according to Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act

Componenta Corporation has today received a notification of change in holdings
in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Markets Act as
follows: 

“Notification according to Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Markets Act

The combined share of Mr Heikki Lehtonen and the companies in which Mr Heikki
Lehtonen exercises control has fallen below 30 per cent of the total number of
shares and voting rights in Componenta Corporation. The share of Cabana Trade
S.A. of the total number of shares and voting rights in Componenta Corporation
has fallen below 20 per cent. 

In accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act
we hereby notify the Financial Supervisory Authority and Componenta Corporation
as follows: 

1. Name of the issuer of shares: Componenta Corporation

2. Reason for the flagging notification: Componenta Corporation's Share Issue
2012. 

3. Name of the shareholder subject to the notification obligation:

Cabana Trade S.A., registration number B87264
Mr Heikki Lehtonen.

4. Date of change in holdings: 26 March 2012.

5. Share of the total number of shares and voting rights in the issuer:

Shareholding before the share issue:

The combined shareholding of Mr Heikki Lehtonen and the companies in which he
exercises control: 
Number of shares: 5,318,840 shares
Share of total number of shares and voting rights: 30.39%

The shareholding of Cabana Trade S.A:
Number of shares: 3,501,988 shares
Share of total number of shares and voting rights: 20.01%

The shareholding of Oy Högfors-Trading Ab:
Number of shares: 1,806,052 shares
Share of total number of shares and voting rights: 10.32%

The shareholding of Mr Heikki Lehtonen:
Number of shares: 10,800 shares
Share of total number of shares and voting rights: 0.06%

Shareholding after the share issue:

The combined shareholding of Mr Heikki Lehtonen and the companies in which he
exercises control: 
Number of shares: 6,248,840 shares
Share of total number of shares and voting rights: 28.13%

The shareholding of Cabana Trade S.A:
Number of shares: 3,501,988 shares
Share of total number of shares and voting rights: 15.77%

The shareholding of Oy Högfors-Trading Ab:
Number of shares: 2,736,052 shares
Share of total number of shares and voting rights: 12.32%

The shareholding of Mr Heikki Lehtonen:
Number of shares: 10,800 shares
Share of total number of shares and voting rights: 0.05%

The calculation basis for the flagging is the total number of Componenta
Corporation shares and voting rights following the share issue. The number of
Componenta Corporation shares and voting rights totals 22,213,123 after the
share issue.”
