Grigiskes AB - Notification on material event

Agreement for making the market for the shares of AB Grigiškės

AB Grigiškės signed a market making agreement with FMĮ Orion Securities, UAB
for making the market for the shares of AB Grigiškės. Market making activity is
intended to increase the liquidity of shares, which has fallen recently due to
global financial and economic crisis as well as general negative sentiment in
NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange. Market making facilitates trading of the
shares and indicates that the company cares about the interests of small
investors. Market making activity will start on the 3rd of August, 2009.
