Pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act (Section 9:5) Mercator Invest Ab
has notified that, as from 20 July 2017, Mercator Invest Ab's holding in shares
of Sponda Plc has fallen below 20%, 15%, 10% and 5%, and the current holding of
Mercator Invest Ab in Sponda Plc's shares is 0%.
