Resolutions of Supervisory Board of „Agrowill Group“, AB:

1. To appoint (re-elect) Ramūnas Audzevičius as a Chairman of Supervisory Board
of „Agrowill Group“, AB for the new term of office. 

2.  Election of the management Board of the Company .

-to recall members of the management Board of the Company regarding the expiry
of the term of office of the management Board 

-to elect members of the management Board of the Company for the new term of
office: 

                      Domantas Savičius (re-elected);

                      Linas Strėlis (re-elected);

                      Marius Žutautas (re-elected);

                      Vytautas Buivydas (newly appointed);

                      Vladas Bagavičius (re-elected).
