Affecto Plc has received from Sp-Rahastoyhtiö Oy a notification, pursuant to
chapter 9 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding
of shares by funds managed by Sp-Rahastoyhtiö in Affecto Plc has exceeded 5% of
Affecto Plc's share capital and voting rights.
