SEVERAL EXITS IN AMANDA CAPITALS PRIVATE EQUITY PORTFOLIO



After previously announced exits, either in interim reports or in separate
stock exchange releases, there have been several exits in Amanda's portfolio.
The exits together generate a cash flow of over one million euros for Amanda. 

Permira II has made a partial realisation from Danish telecom operator TDC as
part of its recapitalization. Exit proceeds were returned to Amanda in last
quarter of 2010. 

Balderton Capital I has partially exited from internet gaming company Betfair
when the company was listed. The exit was profitable and proceeds have been
returned to Amanda in the last quarter of 2010. 

Industri Kapital 1997 has divested Superfos. The company is a leading Pan
European manufacturer of injection moulded plastic packaging mainly to food
industry. The transaction is subject to anti-trust approvals. The exit is
profitable and proceeds are expected to be received in the first half of 2011. 

Industri Kapital 2000 has sold Welzorg. Welzorg is the leading provider of
mobility aid equipment in Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands. Exit is
profitable and proceeds are expected to be received in the first quarter of
2011. 

PAI IV has sold part of its ownership in Chr. Hansen which was listed in
Copenhagen stock exchange in 2010. The exit was profitable and proceeds will be
received in the first quarter of 2011. After this transaction PAI IV still
holds an approximately 25% stake in Chr. Hansen.
