Regarding amendment to the credit agreement

Anyksciai, Lithuania, 2013-07-05 07:01 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Public limited
liability company “ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS” (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby informs,
that after the Company repaid part of the Company's obligations to Swedbank, AB
under the credit agreement of 10 August 2004 using the assets received from the
sale of the boiler house and the immovable property related, the Company signed
with Swedbank, AB an amendment to the credit agreement of 10 August 2004 by
which the parties consented to the reduction of the credit limit to LTL 7 432
069,51.
