Regarding issue of independent supply licence to Lietuvos energija, AB

“LIETUVOS ENERGIJOS GAMYBA” (former name - public company “LIETUVOS ENERGIJA”),
a public company organized and operating under the Lithuanian law, business ID
220551550, registered office address Elektrinės st. 21, Elektrėnai (hereinafter
referred to as the “Company“), data on the Company being collected and stored
in the Legal Persons Register, hereby informs that on 29th July National
Control Commission for Prices and Energy decided on withdrawal of independent
electricity supply licence for public company „LIETUVOS ENERGIJOS
GAMYBA“(former name - public company “LIETUVOS ENERGIJA”), from 1st August
2011. 



On 29th July National Control Commission for Prices and Energy decided to issue
the independent electricity supply licence for public Lietuvos energija, AB
(business ID 302648707, registered office address Elektrinės st. 21,
Elektrėnai). The licence becomes effective on 1st August 2011.
