NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDING UNDER SECTION 9(10) OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS
ACT: Evli Bank has reduced its holding in Restamax

Restamax Plc (Business ID 1952494-7) has on 29 September 2016 received from Evli
Bank Plc (Business ID: 0533755-0) a notification of major shareholding under
Section 9(5) of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the total holding
in Restamax Plc's shares of Evli Bank Plc and the funds it manages has fallen
below the 5 per cent limit of Restamax Plc's share capital and number of votes
on 28 September 2016.
