Change in the amount of Finnair treasury shares

Finnair has today transferred a total of 708,679 own shares held by the company
as treasury shares to the 74 participants of Finnair's share-based incentive
scheme 2010-2012 as a reward payment.

After the transfer of shares, Finnair holds 301,508 own shares as treasury
shares.
