Regarding Meeting with Investors

On August 19, 2010 Lietuvos Energija AB held an informative meeting, in which
the community of investors, representatives of institutions and the media were
presented a prospectus of shares issue for current shareholders and inclusion
of the signed shares into the trade at the regulated market approved on August
12, 2010 by the Securities Commission.  Moreover, the participants of the
meeting were presented information regarding the ongoing reorganization of
Lietuvos Energija AB. The presentation of the meeting is attached to this
announcement.
