Aktia Bank has issued its first mortgage covered bonds to a value of EUR 500
million - demand almost double 



Aktia Bank has issued its first mortgage covered bonds to a value of EUR 500
million. The bonds have a maturity of 5 years. 

Interest was wide both among domestic and foreign investors and the issue was
oversubscribed by almost 100%. 

Moody's has preliminary assigned a best possible Aaa long-term rating to the
bonds.
