Hannu Kasurinen to leave Building and Living Business Area

Stora Enso and Hannu Kasurinen, who has led the Building and Living Business
Area for almost five years, have agreed that Kasurinen will leave his role as
Business Area head once a successor has been appointed. In the meanwhile, he is
fully committed to supporting the potential implementation of the plans
announced today together with his management team. 

“Hannu has brought the Building and Living Business Area to a new level of
business focus, costs and speed. After almost five challenging years in his
role, I have now agreed with Hannu that this is the time for a leadership
change to develop the business further,” says Stora Enso CEO Jouko Karvinen.
