Tieto Corporation: Announcement pursuant to the Securties Market Act (chapter 2, section 10) regarding a change in shareholding

Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 9 December 2011, 9.30 am EET

Tieto Corporation (Business Identity Code: 0101138-5) has received an
announcement pursuant to the Securities Market Act regarding a change in
shareholding within the Cevian funds. Cevian Capital II Master Fund L.P.
(registration number: OG-17445) has transferred its aggregate holding of 10 918
331 Tieto shares to Cevian Capital Partners Ltd, which is a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Cevian Capital II Master Fund L.P. 

As of 8 December, Cevian Capital Partners Ltd. holds a total of 10 918 331
shares which corresponds to 15.16% of Tieto shares. The transfer does not have
any impact on the total amount of shares held by Cevian. 

The registered number of shares of Tieto Corporation is 72 023 173, which
entitle to a total of 72 023 173 votes.
