NEO INDUSTRIAL PLC: LONG TERM FINANCING AGREEMENT IMPLEMENTED FOR CABLE SEGMENT

The financial arrangement regarding Cable segment has been carried out as
planned and as informed in the Financial Statement. Within new financial
arrangement the loans of Cable Industry turned out as long term financing. 

Managing Director Ralf Sohlström: “Implemented financial arrangement enables
long-term development of Cable segment. We will also develop further short-term
working capital financing solutions to support the needs of business even more
than today.”
