Regarding the sale of inefficient vessels

By the end of the current year the Company intends to reconsider the
opportunities of employment of owned vessels and to sell inefficient vessels
(with high bunker consumption). Further operation of the fleet, consisting of
10-12 vessels, is intended. It is expected that the sale of inefficient vessels
will allow the Company to improve its results from the core activity.
