Imoniu grupe ALITA, AB - Notification on material event

Regarding further activities of the Group of Companies ALITA, AB

Alytus, Republic of Lithuania, 2010-12-22 12:07 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- As
specified in the 9 December 2010 information publicly announced by the Company,
and in the 22 December 2010 information publicly announced by the head of AB"ALT investicijos" to the effect that pursuant to the requirements of
legislative acts, the head of AB "ALT investicijos" filed for bankruptcy of AB"ALT investicijos" by submitting an application to that end to the District
Court of Kaunas on 22 December 2010, the Company hereby informs of having no
obligations to AB "ALT investicijos", however,there is a realistic likelihood
that the Company will have to take over all the obligations of AB "ALT
investicijos" to "Swedbank" AB arising from the 29 June 2006 Credit Line
Agreement No. 06-046799-KL (with all its subsequent amendments and supplements)
as a co-debtor of AB "ALT investicijos" towards "Swedbank" AB. The Company also
reminds about its current negotiations with "Swedbank" AB, its main creditor,
who is interested in preservation and continuance of the Company's activities
regarding the conditions of the Company's obligations to "Swedbank" AB. The
Company emphasises its intention to preserve, ensure and further develop its
activities and to maintain its market position.
