LESTO AB - Notification on material event

Regarding prices of electricity distribution services and public electricity

On 22 November 2011 National Control Commission for Prices and Energy(hereinafter - Commission) in its webpage has published prices of electricity
distribution services and public electricity and the procedures of their
application for 2012 together with methods of differentiation of prices of
electricity distribution services and public electricity, which has been
submitted to the Commission by LESTO, AB. 

According to the article 44 of National Law on Electricity, Commission shall
check whether the electricity prices exceed the price caps, discriminate
different groups of customers and shall announce them in accordance with the
legal acts. More information is available on Commision website www.regula.lt. 

LESTO, AB will publish more detailed information about prices of electricity
distribution services and public electricity for 2012 after the Commission has
adopted a decision on announcement of these prices.
