Claim of Plass Investments Limited to invalidate the Articles of Association and the Share Subscription Agreement was received

Alytus, Lithuania, 2012-05-14 11:05 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 11 May 2012
company group “ALITA”, AB (hereinafter, the “Company”) received a ruling from
the Kaunas Regional Court regarding a claim filed by Plass Investments Limited
to invalidate the Articles of Association of the Company (wordings registered
with the Register of Legal Persons on 5 October 2011 and 6 October 2011) and
the Share Subscription Agreement concluded between the Company and FR&R Invest
IGA S.A. on 6 October 2011. 

In the opinion of the management of the Company, the claim of Plass Investments
Limited lodged with the Kaunas Regional Court is groundless like other past
claims of Plass Investments Limited and the Company will file its response to
the court in due course.
