Group sold idle assets for LTL 1 million

On the 12 of May, 2011 AB “Utenos trikotažas” subsidiary in Ukraine OAO “Mrija”
sold currently not used in operating activity equipment Bruckner VN 24/6 for
LTL 1.0 million (EUR 0.29 million). Positive sale result of LTL 0.15 million
(EUR 0.04 million) will be reported in other gains in group's Profit (Loss)
Statement for the II quarter of 2011.
