Concerning the Bank's subsidiary companies

On 29th of September, 2011 AB bank SNORAS Board made a resolution to decrease
portfolios of subsidiary companies' shares: UAB „SNORAS Investment Management“
- to 49 per cent, UAB „SNORAS Development“ - to 48 per cent.
