Regarding redemption of bonds by AB Pieno zvaigzdes

This is to inform market participants that on 2 October 2009 AB Pieno
zvaigzdes, as initially planned, have fully redeemed LTL 20 million (EUR 5.8
million)  3 years maturity bond issue . We thank all investors for their trust
in successful operations of the company.
