Changes in Kotipizza Group's Executive Board

Olli Väätäinen has resigned from his position as Chief Operating Officer of
Kotipizza Group Oyj and member of the Executive Board. Väätäinen will take up
the position of CEO for Solteq Oyj.

Väätäinen will stay in his position until 31 March, 2017. The company will begin
immediately the search process for a new COO.
