Landsbankinn hf.: Offering of covered bonds

Today, Landsbankinn concluded a covered bond exchange offering, where holders of the non-indexed series LBANK CB 19 could sell the covered bonds in the series against covered bonds bought in yesterday’s covered bond auction at a predefined clean price of 100.755.

The covered bond exchange offering results in Landsbankinn buying ISK 1,200m in the series LBANK CB 19.

Expected settlement date is 23 May 2019.
