Marcel Kokkeel continues as Citycon’s CEO

Citycon Oyj and the CEO Marcel Kokkeel have agreed to change the terms of Mr
Kokkeel's appointment as the CEO of Citycon Oyj. Effective 19 March 2014, the
executive contract has been amended from a fixed term appointment to an
appointment being valid for an indefinite duration.

The amendments have been authorized by Citycon Oyj's Board of Directors on 19
March 2014.
