Beltton-Group Plc proposes the business name change to Wulff-Group Plc to Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Beltton-Group Plc has decided to propose to the Annual
General Meeting that the business name be changed to Wulff-Group Plc. The new
name will strengthen the company's renown as a trustworthy forerunner of good
quality and as the market leader within the office business. The general meeting
of Beltton-Group Plc will convene on 4 April 2008, and if the proposal is
accepted, the change of name will officially come into effect in the middle of
April.

Heikki Vienola, the CEO of Beltton-Group Plc: ”The long history of Wulff,
established in 1890, is a story of reliability and quality. The
over-hundred-year-old company and its services have succeeded, despite changes
in the market situation and even world wars. Cherishing and developing an
exquisite brand is a privilege for Wulff and Beltton. Leading the way, quality
and first-class service have always been the cornerstones of Wulff's business
and Beltton-Group has built its business on the very same cornerstones.”

In the future, the Wulff brand will be clearly visible in all marketing
operations of the Group. The change of name will not change the operations of
the subsidiaries. The names and businesses of the subsidiaries of the group and
Wulff Oy Ab will remain the same.

Wulff Oy Ab sells office supplies and computer accessories to companies,
municipalities, cities and to the Finnish Government in line with its contract
customer concept. Over a thousand of Wulff's MiniBar office solutions can be

a part of Mercantile Group Oy Ab, in November 2002.
