The Board of Directors of Orava Residential REIT plc begins investigating alternative management models

The Board of Directors of Orava Residential REIT plc has given notice to terminate the management agreement between Orava Residential REIT plc and Orava Funds plc. According to the conditions of the agreement the term of notice is 12 months.

The Board of Directors of Orava Residential REIT plc begins investigating alternative management models to assure the interests of the shareholders.
